4. Data Deletion Process Timeline
Within 24 hours: Request Acknowledgment
We will confirm receipt of your deletion request
Within 7 days: Processing Begins
We will begin the data deletion process across our systems
Within 30 days: Deletion Complete
All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems
5. Important Considerations
⚠️ Please note:
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to your StyleMe account
- Any purchased credits or subscriptions will be forfeited
- We cannot recover your data once deletion is complete
6. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes:
- Financial records required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms of service
7. Alternative Options
If you're not ready for complete data deletion, consider these alternatives:
- Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account while keeping your data
- Data Export: Download a copy of your data before deletion
- Selective Deletion: Remove only specific types of data or content
